There was an IQ test and hacker rank problem-solving, which I did well. Then I went to the interview round. The HR person is not friendly. They never reply to any email, You won't get any answer/reply during the interview process. During the interview, she stopped the team leader abruptly and ended the interview very shortly. It was weird.

The whole interviewing process took nearly a month. The longest I've ever done. There was a total of 5 interviews plus an automated cognitive-assessment. The latter was pretty much a standard personality assessment and an IQ test. I felt pretty poorly during the IQ test. The test was time-capped, rewarding a skill of skipping a question when you can't come up quickly with an answer for it. That's pretty much the exact opposite of what I've conditioned myself with during years and years of programming - not to easily give up on a problem. First there was a short chat with the recruiter. Next two technical interviews. First one involved some trivial coding exercises. The other one had more of a system-design level questions. Finally there were two interviews with lead developers/team leaders. These were the nicest parts of the whole process as finally I was no more accused of possibly not being able to write code. By the end I had reached a conclusion that this position is not really the one I'm looking for. I expressed this sentiment during the final interview, and the guy proposed he might have a more desirable job for me in one of the other teams in the company. However, a week later the recruiter contacted me and told that they have revised their recruiting strategy and don't really have job for me.

The interview was smooth and the interviewers were both friendly and helpful, and answered all questions you may have had. They were flexible and able to set up times for interviews, if you had something in the way.
