Pros

Great team! Lots of room to learn about things that really interest you, even if there is not an open position at that time for movement in that direction. Supportive environment all around. I have a name, I am not just an employee ID number. Management really cares. You can reach out to anyone in any department, and it's never an uncomfortable experience. The willingness to teach is amazing!

Cons

Sometimes the availability of a position is determined by your location since the company is international, which can sometimes be limiting, but it does not stop you from being allowed to and encouraged to learn about that path anyway.

- High engineering bar - rigorous code review culture, strong hiring standards, and a good mix of interesting, technically challenging projects - Lots of seniors around, which makes every day a genuine learning opportunity - Fully up to date with AI tooling - enterprise Claude Code with the latest capabilities, solid MCP integrations (both third-party and internal), which makes development noticeably more efficient

Cons

Like most SaaS companies, navigating the impact of rapid AI development is an ongoing challenge - balancing growth while the market shifts toward AI-enabled self-serve is something the company is actively working through. Nothing specific internally, just the reality of the industry right now.
