There were 4 rounds of the interview process. The first interview was over the phone and basically went over my job history and what I wanted to do. The 2nd interview was with a Senior VP and one of the first hires with Piper. The 3rd interview was with 2 Senior VPs. The last two interviews were basically asking what I was all about. It was asking about my history, where I wanted to be in life, and how I wanted to do it.

Process was very prompt and steps were very clear. First round was conversational about my background and experience as well as setting expectations for the position. Second round was more in-depth questions about past metrics and knowledge of IT positions.

Was first contacted via phone call. Spoke briefly about my background and interests before setting up a time to talk more in depth. Spoke again the next day for about 25 minutes, and set up an in house interview for the next week. In house interview took about 30 minutes and was very casual.
