I applied online. I interviewed at Piper Sandler in Oct 2022
Interview
It was great. Very easy to talk to. I felt as if they were friendly and really interested as to what I had to say. Not many technical questions were asked. Mostly seeing who I am as a person
4 rounds. 30-45 min each spread across 4 weeks. 2 Associates, 1 director, 1 Managing director. Slow process but interviews were ok. This was for their investment banking division in New York.
Friendly. Lots of questions about previous deals worked on. Several light technicals. Focus on current job, responsibilities, particularly on calls. 1 initial interview over zoom. Then a 2 on 1 interview
First stage was an assessment followed by a hirevue video interview followed by a first round interview with an analyst and associate and then there was an assessment centre in the office with two associates and a vice president
