The manger would call you to confirm that you are the person that requested the job, then start a brief phone interview then after that she will review the phone interview then will set up an 1:1 interview at their offices.

You meet with a manager and as long as there isn't any schedule conflicts, you pass a background check and drug test, and are in halfway decent shape, you should be hired.
