Disorganized.
The recruiter seemed disorganized and wanted to make chit chat about personal life topics that had nothing to do with the role. Had to follow up with her to keep her on point about scheduling.
Interviewed with 2 Engineering Managers simultaneously and 1 manager walked away while I was answering a question to make a coffee with his Keurig.
After my interview panel was complete I didnt receive a follow up about the role and had to once again reach out.
Unclear if I got the role but at this point they seem too disorganized and its a red flag.
