I was told it was the same interview questions as the interns. So I over prepared and was thrown off by the questions. I followed up a week later, was told by the recruiter she would talk to the team and let me know. Followed up again the next week and never got anything back.
I recently had an interview scheduled with them, and after preparing, clearing my schedule, and waiting for the call, they canceled at the last minute because they had “moved forward with other candidates.”
This was not just an inconvenience—this was pure disrespect for a candidate’s time and effort. If they were already in the final stages, why even schedule my interview? This reflects poor communication, zero accountability, and a complete lack of professionalism.
After reading other Glassdoor reviews, I see that this isn’t just bad luck—it’s their standard hiring practice. Candidates being strung along for months, ghosted, misled about offers, and having interviews canceled minutes before they start is a recurring pattern with their recruiting team.
If you’re thinking of applying, be prepared for delays, disorganization, and last-minute cancellations. Unless you enjoy wasting your time, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Interview
Interview consisted of HR conversation, Engineering Manager + team mate interview and Staff Engineer interview. The team mate interview was confusing. The Staff Engineer conversation was great as we shared our experiences. All in all, I wasn't convinced at first, but got more optimistic after the last interview.
