Applied online. First got an email to take a math/verbal assessment test and personality assessment test. After taking the test, got an email to set an interview in person about a week later. Did the interview the same week. The manager was super nice and explained the position well.

Describe a time when I had to face a negative customer and how was it resolved.
Very simple, questions based on how much or how often you will have to interact with people of varying temperaments on a daily basis. Asks about personal future goals, previous job experience, describing yourself as an individual.
Started with phone call then got called in for an in person interview. the interview was very laid back and easy going, aslong as you be yourself and are an outgoing and welcoming person then you should be good.
