I submitted an online application, followed up over phone, attended the open interview, received a call back, and after the second interview I received and accepted an offer. I originally applied to overnight but I got fitness trainer.

It was laid back and informative. There were some silly questions like what superpower would you have. They said once you complete a training you get a pay bump. The staff seemed very friendly.

Asked for application at the front desk, got a paper copy, and turned I it in next day without a resume or cover letter. I was then called a week later to schedule an interview in person. About two days later after the interview they hired me. Started working within a three days.
