The interview process was very good. Just a couple of questions and I was off. Manager was very kind, polite and friendly during the interview. Did not expect as much from a minimum wage job.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Planet Fitness (Houston, TX) in Jun 2019
Interview
It was pretty easy and relaxed. I did have to wait a while to be interviewed but they were busy that day so it wasnt a big deal. Was asked questions like, previous employment, if I was in school, how do i feel about cleaning? Things like that. I applied online on Sunday, then called monday to check on it and was told to come in on Wednesday. After interview I was told to fill out the form for the background check and if it came back clean (which it did) then I got the job. Applied at the Planet Fitness in Houston, Texas. The one in the same area as chick-fil-a and fiesta.

Question 1
I was asked about my availability and customer service experience.
I received a quick 15-minute phone screening followed by meeting with the area and club managers. This all happened within about 2 weeks. I’d say the process was fairly typical to other similar positions.
