Interview
You were given paperwork to fill out. They asked questions like if you ever worked Janitorial work before which I was shocked by since normally the front desk is just the desk. They want you to clean under machines and everything since they dont wanna pay a cleaning service.
Very simple, questions based on how much or how often you will have to interact with people of varying temperaments on a daily basis. Asks about personal future goals, previous job experience, describing yourself as an individual.
Started with phone call then got called in for an in person interview. the interview was very laid back and easy going, aslong as you be yourself and are an outgoing and welcoming person then you should be good.
