I applied online. I interviewed at Planet Fitness (Jackson, NJ) in Mar 2021
Interview
After applying online I was contacted for a phone interview. The person was very unorganized and forgot about my interview in the first place. I had to call the gym to remind them. It lasted 5 minutes and they seemed to not know the answers to any of my questions. I honestly checked out of the interview once they told me what the pay would be. Overall, the interviewer was very unorganized and was not helpful at all in this experience.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Planet Fitness (Pflugerville, TX) in Sep 2016
Interview
3 separate interviews, but only went to two interviews. One with the manager of the location, then the regional manager. With the manager of the location, they will go over the application you submitted online on their website. Ask me a few questions and what is to expect, plus job duties of the position I applied for. Also, I was given a tour of the facility.
