I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Planet Fitness (Vallejo, CA) in May 2021
Interview
Pretty casual interview, we sat down in the chairs inside the gym and she asked away. In the beginning she told me to tell her about myself. One of the questions was are you comfortable going to customers to make sure they keep a mask on? and there were other questions about working in as a group and how you resolve issues.

Question 1
"Name a time where you worked with others and had to resolve an issue?"
The interview process was very good. Just a couple of questions and I was off. Manager was very kind, polite and friendly during the interview. Did not expect as much from a minimum wage job.
It took almost two weeks to get a call for an interview. I had a phone interview with the general manager. I was asked a few questions before I was schedule for an interview in person.

Question 1
I was asked about my availability and customer service experience.
I received a quick 15-minute phone screening followed by meeting with the area and club managers. This all happened within about 2 weeks. I’d say the process was fairly typical to other similar positions.
