The interview process is very laid back and fun.You fill out an applicaiton on PlanetFitness.com , and when your done one of the managers will send you out an skill assessment. If interested in your skills and personality they will call you to set up an interview, you go to the interview answer brief questions about scenarios "What would you do if" "talk about a time when" and the average interview questions.Once done they will send you on your way while either telling you your hired on the spot or they will give you a call in a few due to review other possible candidates.

Basic interview process. First they called me and asked me what is a good time to come in. I Interviewed with General Manager first. Then I interviewed with the Assistant General Manager. They were very welcoming offering me a water and gave me a tour of the facility.
Smooth and easy process. There is not intimidation throughout the interview and the company is seeking out flexible workers to fill in their spots. The company is more so looking for college students
