I was contacted to set up an interview, I replied within a hour the same day saying I was still interested and I sent the times I would be free. I stated that I was on vacation so my availability was short. They asked to set up an interview in a time slot that was outside of the times I said I would be free, but I still agreed to do the interview. I pushed off my plans that day so I could wait for their call, and by the time that it was time for the call they didn't call me. I waited about 15-20 minutes and I ended up calling them. I was told by one of the employees that the manager was in the break room. They did not let me know anything about the interview, and I've reached out letting them know I'm still free if they want to reschedule. I ended up letting them know that I was no longer interested in the job because it's really unprofessional to be ghosted for a job interview. I wish they would've let me know, this was all within the span of two days, so if they hired someone else within that time that's kind of crazy. I just wish they didn't waste my time.
