I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Planet Fitness (Centereach, NY)
Interview
Sat you down in front of the gym, and went over a couple questions ranging from "Tell me a little bit about yourself" to "How did you adapt to a difficult situation in the work place?" It was a very calm interview, with no real hard questions outside the typically asked ones. The only issue was my availability being limited to night shifts, so I believe that is the biggest reason I was not offered the position.

Very simple, questions based on how much or how often you will have to interact with people of varying temperaments on a daily basis. Asks about personal future goals, previous job experience, describing yourself as an individual.
Started with phone call then got called in for an in person interview. the interview was very laid back and easy going, aslong as you be yourself and are an outgoing and welcoming person then you should be good.
