Very formal and professional process. They take the time and find quality canidates who would fit the role perfectly. There was several interviews with various different managers. You had to go through a chain of managers before there was a final offer.

The person interviewing was very intense and did not let me get much in. I left the interview feeling defeated. They had me take an assessment wich I scored highly on and were complementary of my score. The interview felt like I was over shadowed.
