A Phone interview with hiring manager lasted about ten minutes explaining the job to fulfill and the requirements needed. It was Quick and easy questions and answers. The hiring manager did not waste any time

For the branch office in Florida I first had a phone interview then a Skype interview with the call center manager and the supervisor. Second was a scheduled phone interview with the vice president of the operations. She too was very warm and friendly. Did not feel formal or intimidating.
