I had an incredibly poor experience interviewing here. I was contacted by a recruiter who dropped the ball on numerous occasions, passing me off to another recruiter over the span of a month and a half. They did not seem to understand what the role entailed, or if they were even actively looking to fill that role. They contacted me to interview there knowing my background and years of experience off the bat. I was given a design challenge to present during the 5 hour onsite. Everything seemed to go well during the onsite, and I genuinely enjoyed my conversations with the team who all were relatively new. When I was rejected I was told that the sole reason was that I did not have enough years of experience (which was strange because I had more years of experience than they sited they were looking for). Complete waste of time. They do not understand design at this company, nor how to interview for this role.
