I first had a phone interview for this position with an HR Recruiter. Initially the process was moving very quickly and I had video interviews with the hiring manager and members of the Marketing team. Suddenly, I was receiving no correspondences from the HR Recruiter so I followed up but still no response. After several follow-up emails and calls, I finally received a call that they were still interviewing candidates. A week and half went by and still no updates so I followed up again with no response. Several days later I received a call that they decided to go with a candidate that was in San Francisco and wanted someone in the position that was within the PST time zone. This was a complete shock to me because time zone was never bought up as a requirement from the very beginning of the interview process. It was a complete waste of my valuable time. The Planet interview process was very unprofessional, dishonest, and left me with a poor impression of the company.
