The process involved several interviews with key people in the company related to the offered position. At each step I was informed of the approval quickly. The last stage was a presentation to the entire team that had interviewed me over the previous weeks.

After an initial screening call by the talent acquisition manager, there were multiple interviews with the hiring manager as well as different team members. Questions were a mix of competency-based and behavioral questions and culture fit, The process was clear and communication was very good. After 3-4 weeks of interview's there was a final presentation -on a them directly related to the role- in front of the team and the team's director.
