Very easy process- and well facilitated by the Recruiters and Recruiter Coordinators. The tools Planet uses meant easy access to calendars and schedules to fit best times to interview. Started with a Recruiter reaching out for a phone screen. Then a hiring manager screen. Afterwards, a series of group interviews with various team members. Included a take home skills experience check; and then a final chat with the hiring manager. Lastly, an informal call with a team member who has been with Planet for awhile to ask questions about the organization, culture, or job. Maria, the recruiter, was 110% amazing throughout the process with timely status updates, feedback, and words of encouragement. Hats off to her for making a sometimes scary interview situation so much easier.
