They rescheduled the interview with the Hiring Manager, the said she didn't have time, and then they replied saying that the role got pushed back and that they would be reaching out. Like other companies, if they hear you're from South America, they'll immediately lower the salary base expectations for the role. They told me it would be 10K a year. (Are you kidding me?) That means the culture they say respects every background, really doesn't. Not only that, but it's just disappointing to see they value you so little given that people with the same role but based in USA or Europe make 117K a year. Glad I am not working here.
After an initial screening call by the talent acquisition manager, there were multiple interviews with the hiring manager as well as different team members. Questions were a mix of competency-based and behavioral questions and culture fit, The process was clear and communication was very good. After 3-4 weeks of interview's there was a final presentation -on a them directly related to the role- in front of the team and the team's director.
Interview Process went like this:
1) Recruiter
2) Hiring Manager
3) Cross-functional team member
4) Cross-functional team member
5) Director
This was the most interview rounds I have experienced. Seems like too much time for me, and for the interviewers. They must have spent 3x as much time!

Interview
Quite a long process (5 steps in total) that I could finish in 1.5 months. The chats were quite informal but with a lot of specific questions on technical and customer-focused tasks.
