Terrible. The federal side of planet labs seems to be in SHAMBLES. I went through 3 interviews where different people all asked me the same questions. Only one interviewer was actually going to be the one working with me. None of the questions I asked have been answered. Recruiter has been stringing me along for 6 months+.
