I spoke with the person I would report to on the phone , then went in and spoke with some peers and internal stakeholders on site. I then had a final step of meeting with one of the founders. About a week later they made me an offer.

Several folks asked situational questions - how would you handle this, what if. One person asked how I had approached a particular problem in the past.
I had a call interview with HR that was really sort, since when I started speaking about my background he realised that I fit perfect with the position. Next he told me that he will send me an email within next week to arrange an interview in person, but after 2 weeks he didn't send anything.Then I decided to send an email to remind it, and he said "when do y want to arrange the phone interview";After explanation we arranged a personal interview with techs...I went there they record in video the interview and they started asking questions like oral examination. I answered the majority of the questions with deep approach, and after finishing they show me the office and told me that the will inform about the result of interview next two weeks. After two months they sent me an email that they were still in the selection process and to expect a result within next week.After the time passed they didn't send me anything. Then I stoped waste my time and I found another job.
