Horrible hiring practices. Emails from unknown senders requesting to do free work before even speaking to someone at the company. After I did the free work "homework" they denied a further interview without feedback. I asked for why i didn't go on to the next round and she told me my video was great but because I didn't add a video of my own face and voice to my professional product video. I didn't realize that was mandatory and I was VERY sick at the time so i did not feel comfortable recording myself ill. Discriminatory practice. Additionally, sending some random stranger a video of myself in this world of scams is a very horrible practice. Whole process takes weeks. Just a disrespectful & Degrading hiring practice.
