First interview was an introduction with a member of the team. Then there was a take-home assignment answering situational questions. Next, was a panel round with the entire team and a short technical interview. Didn’t get the position but the hiring manager offered to answer questions. Unfortunately he went radio silent immediately and my questions were not answered. From initial call to final result, it was just under 4 weeks.
