Panel interview with 2 groups; Operations and then with Engineering. Super laid back conversation style. I had never been in a machine shop before so that was jarring. Otherwise, upon entrance before the building, the employees were extremely nice in greeting me. At least 3 people asked me if I was ok and needed assistance. That told me a lot about the employee population.
