I applied online. I interviewed at Plethora (Irvine, CA) in Mar 2019
Interview
You meet with an executive and she’s not very conversational because she’s a tough person. Not the best or worst experience. I guess you could say she gets to the point and has no room for anything not business related.

I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Plethora (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2019
Interview
Panel interview with 2 groups; Operations and then with Engineering. Super laid back conversation style. I had never been in a machine shop before so that was jarring. Otherwise, upon entrance before the building, the employees were extremely nice in greeting me. At least 3 people asked me if I was ok and needed assistance. That told me a lot about the employee population.
