The process was extremely lengthy. It required me to take about 8 hrs of PTO from my current job to be in the multiple different interviews that i was asked to attend. It was very extensive in a way that felt like they weren't sure what they wanted, and that i ended up meeting with so many of the same people in different settings that just felt redundant. I have no problem committing to meet people to gauge if the job also works for me, but this got to the point where it felt like they had already made up their mind on me and then wasted my time. Thats when i felt like my efforts and time weren't valued and i was just used to make a stronger case for someone else.
This isn't the first time i have interviewed (and i was sent an offer) here and the process is always the same. i feel like my time is wasted and not valued. Im not sure if i would interview here again just based on how this time i was treated. at the time i wasn't even looking, i was approached and asked if i was interested.
I would really appreciate more open communication and when i asked the recruiter for feedback about my interview and why they went a different direction, i never got a response.
