I had a 30 minute phone conversation where I was told that someone would get back to me the next day or the following. But after following up twice, I was ghosted. In this day and age it’s shocking that a company would ghost a candidate applying to be a recruiter. There’s really no excuse. The least you can do is send a rejection email if you aren’t moving forward.
