I went through 4 rounds of interviews, it was challenging being given a calendar to select your time and having to beg for times that the interviewers were available so that I wouldn't keep selecting times that didn't work for them--what a kerfuffle! After completing 3 writing samples and getting to the 4th interview then hearing nothing, not even a rejection e-mail, my impression is unprofessional and would I want to work for a company that does that?
