I was referred by an employee, and got the interview several weeks later. I don't feel that interviewers are well prepared and interested in me. There were several interviewers but only one of them kept asking questions while the other senior interviewers kept silent and did not appear to be attentive.
In person, went smoothly, usual question, described the projects and team. The headquarters is in Kansas city. The office located in the downtown in one of the beautiful towers. Asked about the experience and software knowledge.
Short discussion about interviewee's career and experience, history of company told by interviewer, portfolio breakdown from interviewee and further discussions on portfolio content. Ends with final questions from interviewee about role, company etc.
