Blindbewerbung an die Personalabteilung und anschließend zum Gespräch eingeladen worden. Das Gespräch wurde von zwei Personen geführt Der Leiterin der Abteilung für die ich mich beworben habe und ihr Chef. Das Gespräch ging ca 75 Minuten. Es wurden viele fragen gestellt die sehr Lehrbuch nahe waren. Anschließend kam eine praktische Aufgabe bei der die Herangehensweise und das wissen geprüfte wurde.

The first interview is with 2 persons: one from HR and one of the concerned department, asking all job-specific questions. There are not a lot of questions about yourself, it's more about testing your knowledge of the firm. They will also ask you if you read car magazines, and tell you it is good to do so by the day you start working there. It lasted around one hour. I am not sure whether there is a second interview, because the process stopped here for me.

For my case, Western Europe: how many cars are sold in France, how many cars are sold in Belgium, how many cars are sold in Holland and how many cars are sold in Holland. And then, why do you think that our brand is best sold in Country X than country Y (for the region concerned).
