There were two rounds of interviews. The first round was just with the hiring committee, which included 7 people. They sent me the 4 questions that I had 25 minutes to answer 24 hours in advance. The second round took place two weeks later, and involved three different interviews back-to-back. One that was an open Q&A with a variety of department members, no question prep, 25 minutes long. The second was again with the search committee for 25 minutes. They had five questions this time. The third was a 20 minute interview with the Associate Vice Provost of Advising, which I did not receive questions in advance for. I did not hear back from them after this second round. I reached out to inquire after two weeks, and a whole month after my final interview I was told I would not receive an offer.
