PostcardMania Sales interview questions

Thank you for your feedback. If you felt like we were desperate, that was definitely not the intention. We have a target of how many additional sales reps we need to hire in order to make our best ever income for the year. All our Sales positions open right now, are all brand new positions and are not replacements. We get hundreds of applications per day - way more than we can even manager. Desperate is definitely not something that we are feeling. We want the best though, we want fun, upbeat and easy going people. And when we find someone we like, we move quickly to get them hired - that is all.
