Three stage interview process. Phone interview. District manager interview. Regional Manager interview. Relatively laid back if you're qualified. Know your stuff, do research on the company and know their values, mission statement, etc... They are welcoming and relatively gentle especially for a corporation. They will check your references and run a background check in search of felonies within the last 7 years. Expect to write a self evaluating statement letter for every advance in your career followed by a series of round robin interviews which can be intimidating despite how nice and relaxed your superiors may be.
