For me, I did an job fair at the shop's location. There were 3 people. The district manger, area manager, and hiring manager. They each interviewel you asking questions based around your character trait (integrity, team player, work ethics, etc). It is not a hard interview. Stay positive and smile and be honest. The background check is within the last seven years and focus on felons, minor focus on misdemeanors. Violent, sexual, or robbery are automatically declined. Case by case basis of other offenses.
