I applied in-person. I interviewed at Potbelly Sandwich Works (Washington, DC)
Interview
I responded to an add on craigslist. I came in with a resume. After reviewing my resume they asked me to fill out an application. After finishing it I waited patiently to speak with the hiring manager. He interviewed me on the spot. It was in the afternoon after the rush was over and business had died down. I interviewed confidently and was offered a the job. The confidence came from my prior food experience. He later told me that he figured with all my experience there was no way he could go wrong.

It went ok I guess... they didn’t give me an opportunity, and I was very hard working and they blew me off and wasted my time. I was very startled and disappointed

Question 1
Give me an example of how did you handle a conflict between you and another employee.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Potbelly Sandwich Works (Laurel, MD) in May 2015
Interview
Applied a written application in-store. Had to call back to schedule an interview, which was 3 days after I called. The hiring manager was a very bubbly person and made me feel comfortable enough. In the end I didn't get the job because "I didn't make enough eye contact", and I did poorly on the situational questions. My advice is too stare directly at the interviewer even when they aren't looking at you and too also prepare a couple scenarios in your past to recollect during the interview.
