Transparent interview process. First phone call explained the interview process. Number of interviews, with who, and next steps. Each interviewing manager made the process their own. They remained positive, engaging, and definitely asked questions that made you think. Hiring managers also provided a clear visual of what the actual job day-to-day expectations and role looks like.

Interview
Interviewing process was quick and easy. They utilized the video tool on Microsoft teams which was great. We were able to see each other even though we were all in different states. This was not a drawn out interviewing process even though i interviewed with several people. It was a seamless interviewing process.
