I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Power Design (Tampa, FL) in Jun 2017
Interview
The first step was an over the phone interview. Talked about the company, the position, pay, benefits, etc. The company is very transparent with everything so that was something new and refreshing. The second step is an onsite interview at there state of the art facility. Besides the interview they give you and assessment test to see where you are with the skills that are required for the position. The onsite interview was a 3 hr process. After the interview, I received a call within 24 hrs with an offer. The whole interview process was very easy going. They keep in touch throughout the whole process.
