Reached out to the TA on LinkedIn, had a virtual interview with the TA who asked me how I would explain a "fully cycle" recruiting process, asked me about what I know about Power Design, explained the structure of the company. TA was so kind. I am moving to the second interview, which is held on-site in St. Pete!

Terrible. But thats not the issue. The issue is since I applied awhile ago, the same position has been posted at least 3 times. I guess they chose the wrong candidate multiple times or it’s just a terrible work culture. I’ll choose the culture
