The interview was very stringent and long. Power Design expects only the best, so extremely tough vetting is needed. Phone interview/ on site interview/ then offer. All in all it was about a 45 day process.

Interview process was different from others, and just seems like a conversation. Overall, from what it seems, they just want to get to know you and let you know about their work culture, “work hard play hard” and their core values.
