Recruiter found my resume and thought I'd be a good fit. Interviewed over the course of two months and was invited in for an in-person interview. They were interested in me for two positions. After the in-person interview, they took over 2 months to tell me I was not selected for the role. One of my applications is still active because they have not provided a decision for the role.
