1) HR will contact you and send you a take home exam. They say that it is a two-hour task, however they will give you about one week time to do it. 2) If you do it good-ish, only then they will invite you to a 30-min interview with a potential manager and another technical person. In this step, they will also give you a live case (from their work) to provide some approach and ideas towards its solution. In my opinion you should avoid this company (Power Factors / Greenbyte in Sweden, Gothenburg). There is something not very honest about them!
