Very simple initial screening call. Interviewed at the facility I'd be placed at, which was a brief overview of my experience, a tour of the space, and asking if I had any questions about the role. Afterward, Powerback told me they had already offered this position to another person, stated that person probably wouldn't take the job, and eventually told me the other applicant had taken it. They then told me they'd set me up for a different interview with another facility of theirs before rescinding that and saying they had "forgotten" they had already offered someone else and were closing that position as well. The people I was in contact with were kind and nice to speak with, but overall they seem to lack in organization and professionalism.
The interview process was pretty standard for a healthcare job. First, recruiter interview- followed by interview with DOR and treating therapists at primary facility- followed by mandatory pre-employment drug screen, physical, and 2-step TB test prior to starting.

Interview process included an initial phone screening with recruiter that gathered basic information. Phone interview with SLP and DOR of current facility asked about my experiences. Also had phone interview with another SLP with the company. Very easy and smooth process; very flexible with my schedule
