NONE. they don't really care about the caliber of person, they just need recruits. They try and project the idea that they are in fact selective, but it's only because the state requires those minimums, Primerica does not care.

I usually wouldn't write a review, but it was the worst interview experience I've ever had. I got a call telling me that the largest "financial firm" in the united states was expanding into the area and they wanted me to come in. I showed up to a door with "Primerica" on it. Red flag is that they wouldn't tell me the company name over the phone. I had previously spoke with Primerica recruiters before and have a friend that worked for primerica. I knew the position wasn't for me. I simply told them that I wasn't interested in the position and left. I received a phone call from the same recruiter who began to question me as to why I wouldn't take the position. He began trying to "sell" me on a position and explain that they are the greatest life insurance company and how he left wall street to work for them because it's such a great company. I politely turned down the position but HE WOULD NOT LET UP. He called me "close minded", began to tell me the "facts" of their company and how bad reviews are written only by other insurance companies that have gone out of business because of how successful their company is, and kept me on the phone for 30 min. I literally had to tell him to never call my number again. Thought about calling the police.
