I applied through other source. I interviewed at Primerica (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2016
Interview
A Primerica employee called me saying they wanted to interview me since it seemed like I was a good fit for the company except I have no idea how they got my cellphone number and information. The job is commissions based rather than salary based and you need to pay a $99 + $25 fee for training and certification. Instead of an interview it was mostly a presentation about the company and how they "unlock" higher interest rates usually reserved for the wealthy portion of the population. Personally, I had a bad experience with the interviewer and they kept calling me and leaving voice messages on my phone even after I declined their job offer. In total, the interview took over an hour and it was extremely long winded and unpleasant.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Primerica in Apr 2025
Interview
A one hour zoom meeting. It was very casual. They presented information about their company and shared screen shots about the success of the company. They did not ask very many questions other than if you could pass a background check.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Primerica in Jul 2022
Interview
Calm ,via zoom. learned more about the company itself. Felt welcomed. completed my application online with manager. she made the process very smoothened easy. take notes cause they do ask questions about position
Good could’ve been more informative In that it’s only commission based, I was interested at first but was slightly taken back when I found out there was no salary involved.
