I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Primerica (Ontario, CA) in Dec 2016
Interview
I applied a long time ago and they contacted me about a month later. I found an application on Indeed for a "Financial Representative" position so they did not even reference back to Primerica. I only found out that the job was from Primerica after given the address for the interview. Went in for the interview and found out everything was commission based. They want your references so you can sell those people insurance. They basically accept anyone willing to join them, basically, there was no interview. I declined the company and never contacted them again but apparently, they kept my references and actually contacted them a couple months later without me knowing. Then they tried getting those people to work for them too. Saying that they are expanding and looking for people when they are really just looking for pawns to work under them.
The interview process was a little intimidating at first and I didn't know what I was getting myself into. However, after the 2nd step, I feel more confident about the company and their mission.

The interview process is more like a "get to know you session" to decide if you would be a good candidate to work with. The interview itself is very easy-going and not as stressful as other interviews I've been on.
