I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Primerica (New York, NY) in May 2018
Interview
I have no idea how this woman found my information. She wouldn't tell me the name of the company, only an address. When I googled the address, I found out it was primerica. I called her to confirm our interview (on a Saturday, should have known) and to ask her to confirm if this was a sales role? She called me back and said it wasnt. This was managing the office and coordinating training, so I went to the interview. It was totally a sales pitch and she was framing it as "educating" clients, not selling. She confirmed it was 100% commission and when I asked her how a person managing the office and coordinating training, make commissions, she explained that you have to start as CSR (sales rep). I told her she lied to me and lured me there under false pretenses. If this was truly a manager role, she would be telling me about specific job functions and day to day expectations and how performance is reviewed, not trying to sell me on the company and their products. She continues to tell me how they are monitored by the SEC and a Forbes 2015 trusted financial advisor. I'm sorry, I dont trust you when you cant be honest about the role you are hiring me for.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Primerica (Killeen, TX) in May 2017
Interview
I didn't get a good feeling from the moment I met the interviewer. Very arrogant person who aid I could easily make $80k part time. I didn't like how he came off as just being concerned with referrals rather than actually helping Families.

Question 1
Not really questions, more so a presentation was given. The atmosphere was uncomfortable and it felt like he was selling the position.
